I'm trying to sign up for crave basic directly through crave but it says I already have subscription through my tv provider. I cancelled crave on my Rogers account two years ago. How do I fully remove it so I can sign up for crave separately? Also Rogers online customer service is terrible now. Can't get through to anyone on chat and the @rogershelps Twitter page doesn't help with anything. Really disappointed with this level of service.

Trust me, if you are experiencing problems trying to subscribe to Crave directly, their support teams will do anything that they can to assist you. Rogers will just try selling you a Crave subscription.

That's weird. I don't see how Crave would even know your subscription status through another provider unless you were logged into their service through their app.
Your best bet would be to contact Crave directly: https://www.crave.ca/en/contact
