Premium vs Ultimate TV

Is it possible to get a pdf document of my current channels (premium) and a pdf document of the channels in the ultimate tv package.  I have the offer to change and need to know channel lineups before I consider.

You can request a comparative channel listing by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps

You can also see what you get in Ultimate TV (or any in-market bundle) by going to https://www.rogers.com/bundles/channels

One big change in Ultimate was that Rogers dropped a number of children's channels, since the bundle includes access to Disney+ Standard with Ads.  Ultimate also includes all four channels from the Super Channel theme pack.

Does Ultimate TV 134 channels include Cloud PVR 200 hours?

As far as I know, that is included with all Ignite TV packages.  You can confirm this by going to https://www.rogers.com/internet/bundle-packages

From there, find your TV package, click "Check availability", then click the "Show details" link.  Under "Package includes", you should see:

200 hours of Cloud Storage (recordings stored for up to 1 year)

It's an "hours" restriction, not a space restriction, so that total of 200 hours can include HD programs and/or 4K programs.  Since Ignite TV (now called Xfinity TV -- it's the same thing, just more expensive) became available, we have never had the option to expand PVR storage or to store recordings beyond 1 year.

See my response to the original post.

Try logging out of all your Rogers accounts and then shopping for Xfinity TV as if you were a new customer.  The only way (that I know of) to look at the available channels online is on the "sales" web pages.  However, if you are logged into the Forum, My Rogers, or any other Rogers web site, you will get redirected a page to make changes to your account.

Your other option is to request a printable channel listing by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps .
