Paramont Network?

schmidtp
I plan to stick around

What happened to Paramount Network except that Rogers says it is gone as of March 31.

Why is it gone?

Is it coming back as something else?

Rogers always includes this sort of information in your bill.  If you look at your bill for February or so, you'll see the notice regarding Paramount there.  Many people don't look at their bills and are then surprised when the channel is gone.  We also have a thread on channel changes where this was discussed.

Rogers has some flexibility on how much credit they can provide, but they rarely go back more than a couple of months because you should be checking your bills regularly and you were notified.

For anyone subscribing to Paramount as an individual channel, Rogers should have stopped charging you as soon as they removed the channel from the lineup.  If you subscribed to it as a Flex channel, things work differently; you are not really paying per-channel, and the onus is on you to swap out the channel (ideally) before it gets removed from the lineup or ceases broadcasting.  After it gets removed from the Flex Channel list, you (currently) need to contact Rogers tech support and have them swap the channel out for you.  You will also be lucky to get any compensation from Rogers if you did not notice for quite some time that a Flex Channel is no longer available.
