After upgrading from Total to Ultimate I am actually getting less channels.Channels showing in myrogers are not there and channels shown as included in Ultimate are missing.Anyone else having this problem.

After a long time on phone they insist the channels are not included even though myrogers and website say they are,as a goodwill gesture they gave me a five dollar credit per month and then charged me four dollars a month for the channel I wanted and was supposed to get.They say website and myrogers is wrong and have somebody look into it so check your channels to make sure you are getting what you are paying for.

What specific channels are you missing? Ultimate has a few significant changes. Rogers dropped much of the Children's programming from Total, because a Disney+ subscription is included. They also added the channels from the Super Channel package. There are a few other changes as well but those are the big ones.

The main channel I am missing is 232 CTV Speed as well as a couple I don't care about.I am getting all kinds of multicultural channels that are not on the list that I do not want or need.CTV speed is shown as being included on myrogers list as well as shown in the ultimate package channels in education and learning.

According to https://www.rogers.com/bundles/channels and an Ultimate TV printable channel listing that I received, you should be receiving CTV Speed.
This has happened before, where the Rogers web site clearly indicated that particular channels were included in a package but it turned out not to be the case. The Rogers product teams neither added them to customers' subscribed channels nor did they ever revise their published channel listings.
Sometimes, Rogers makes an honest mistake and accidentally excludes some channels in certain geographies.
You should report the problem to Rogers. Best of luck getting this resolved!

Thanks for the reply,reported it to Rogers and they sent me a list with a whole bunch of channels I do not get but 232 was not on list but about 40 channels I do not get are marked as included.
