NHL Gamecenter displaying black screen when logged in on web browser

amit916
I plan to stick around

Why am I paying for a service if I can't even watch it on my PC?

It works on Roku and my phone and PS4.

Hello @amit916,

Where your Rogers NHL Live is working on all your other devices, I can understand your frustration. With any webpage that is acting up, you typically just need to clear your browser's cache. Browsers are designed to store images and chunks of the websites you visit on your PC so they load faster the next time you visit. From time to time that can cause certain conflicts and you just need to clear it out.

If you're unsure on the steps to clear your cache, we'll need to know what browser you're using. Below are the instructions for clearing your cache for Chrome:

1. Open Chrome.

2. At the top right of your screen, click on the More icon  chromemenu.PNG
3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.

4. Choose a time range. (To delete everything, select All time.)

5. check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" & "Cached images and files".

6. Click Clear data.

If you've tried that already, can I get you to try another browser, please?
