Why not Linux ?

@Linuxguru  It all comes down to DRM support, or lack thereof.  As far as I know, Adobe's Flash Player never supported Adobe Primetime on Linux and the web-based Ignite TV player requires it.  It is possible that these requirements may change once the Ignite TV player web site gets migrated from Flash to HTML5.  However, even if the new player supports the Widevine CDM, the next question is whether or not the new implementation will require the equivalent of a protected media path, which would be another showstopper on Linux.

Using Ignite Anywhere TV on my laptop on MS-Edge.  When I view live TV, the sound only works on the first channel I watch.  As soon as I choose another channel the sound is gone.  If I try On demand or Recorded tv, I get sound, but it never comes back on live tv until I restart the site.  Then it is the same problem again.  Any advice?  Do I have to use a different browser?

@Nursey99  I have seen this happen as well.  For me, I can also get sound back by simply reloading the page in the browser.

I meet all the necessary hardware/software, but the login page doesn't load and the page keeps flickering.

@Rocchina98  A few users have reported similar issues.  Often, this can be resolved by closing the Ignite TV tab, clearing all browser data and reloading the site.  It might also be due to a problematic browser extension, typically a privacy extension or some other content blocker.

@henryken This thread is about IgniteTV, which you access on your computer using the URL link in post 1 of this thread.  This is used for streaming or setting recordings, etc.

If you're wanting to use the WiFi Hub on your computer, that is no longer possible. You need to use the Ignite WiFi Hub app for that functionality on your phone or tablet.  It is possible to access some functionality via a computer as outlined in the following post:
