Placed an order for a device online? Check out these steps on how totrack your order and verify its shipping status!
Step 1: Go to the email address you use for your MyRogers account.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email within 2 business days from Rogers with details of your order included.
Didn't receive an email?
Occasionally, you may not receive a shipment confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order due to high demand for certain devices or busy times of the year. In such situations, we apologize. We’re working as quickly as possible to get your order to you!
Step 2: Copy the tracking number from the email we sent.
Step 3: Enter the tracking number on the courier’s website (linked below) to track your shipment.
Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for the tracking status and scheduled delivery date to be updated on their website. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive
(excludes weekends and holidays). Additional delays may occur when ordering popular devices or during busy times of the year.
What happens if I've requested to have my order shipped to a Rogers store?
If you requested to pick up your order in-store, you will be notified by email when it has arrived at the store and is ready for pickup. Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to arrive after they’ve shipped.
