Last year, Rogers made the strategic decision to set ourselves apart from the competition with an exclusive offering unlike any other. We are always striving to create innovative solutions that continue to support our customer’s changing lifestyle, and that’s exactly what we did when we introduced Rogers Pro On-the-Go in partnership with Enjoy.

October marks the one-year anniversary since we first brought the store to your door. Our Rogers Pro On-the-Go service offers you a flexible, fast, and convenient new way to get the latest devices without jeopardizing service and expert support.

We’re extremely proud to share that Rogers Pro On-the-Go now reaches more than 12 million Canadians nation-wide and our customers have rated the overall experience a 9.5 out of 10! Whether you’re in the GTA, SWO, Ottawa, Vancouver, Edmonton or Calgary, our Pros have you covered with free, fast phone delivery and 1:1 set up support from a distance.

I Like it Here

I wanted to thank the young man at Rogers in Fairview Park Mall. Today 12/07/2020 at 10:30am, what a kind young man.  He was so so helpful with my Samsung phone photo issues.  What a great place to be able to visit even during Covid 19,  so so helpful!

I've Been Here Awhile

In my area, 'Pro On-The-Go' has partnered with a service called ENJOY. They sent me an email cancelling my scheduled appointment less than 2 hours before the time it was scheduled for. I worked hard to be there at the set time and date. Not impressed with the short notice for cancelling. Ended up picking up my iPhone at the Rogers Store and will be credited my $45.00 fee for setup.
