Rogers Online Billing

Did you know that Rogers' bills went paperless starting on April 21? If you’re new to online billing and want to learn more, we’re here to help!

 

What’s new: Starting on April 21, Rogers’ bills went paperless! This means you’ll no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. To make sure you continue to receive your bill, create a MyRogers account today.

 

The online bill has many convenient features:

 

  • Receive an email notification as soon as your monthly bill is available online.
  • Save or print a PDF version of your bill that includes all your billing details.
  • View up to 18 months of bill history and 12 months of payment history.
  • See your current account balance.
  • Review a summary of all your extra charges, usage and credits.
  • Download your bill details to a spreadsheet to further analyze your usage.
  • Reduce clutter and paper waste.

Just a note to the points above of:

  • Review a summary of all your extra charges, usage and credits.
  • Download your bill details to a spreadsheet to further analyze your usage.

..that I found out today with my online billings that yes extra charges, usage and credits is available.  However downloading the bill details via a CSV file is available the usage of your text messages is not included in that.  So if your trying to analyse why you have say US text message billings and wish to know the "sent to phone numbers", get on the phone or chat to go through "the process" to obtain the information.  I have put in my request to Rogers to get this information included in the report, a service detail overlooked.

I'm new here

I am just trying to understand what my bill will be every month from the write up I received from Roger's. I am a new customer and I want to make sure I am understanding it properly? Can someone help me figure it out? I just want to be able to prepare myself for the total of the bill every month. I'll even send the screen shot of the charges so it is obviously easier to add up. I'd greatly appreciate it if you could help me. TIA

I hope your are doing well? I can certainly appreciate how confusing the billing might appear at first glance as there can be quite a few details depending on what products and services you have and if any changes were recently made. Once you start to understand how the billing works and where to find the info you are searching for, it definitely gets a lot easier!!
