As of January 30, 2019, our customers can no longer have their Spotify Premium or Texture subscriptions billed on their wireless bill. If that applies to you, you will not be charged for Spotify Premium or Texture after your next bill cycle date (after January 30, 2019). To continue using the same subscription, you must sign up with Spotify or Texture directly.

Why are you making this change?
Spotify: The agreement between us and Spotify to provide this service has ended.
Texture: Apple has bought texture and Rogers no longer owns this service.
Do I need to do anything to continue my subscription?
Spotify: To continue your Premium subscription, go to www.spotify.com/account/subscription after your bill cycle date after January 30, 2019 to update your payment information. Your subscription will be automatically moved to the free service as of your next bill cycle date (after January 30, 2019) if no action is taken. Your billing cycle info is available online on rogers.com/myrogers.
Android: you will be directed to the Texture website to login and update your payment information.
Am I able to cancel my subscription before January 30, 2019? If so, how?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime before January 30, 2019 by accessing your MyRogers account on rogers.com. You will still be able to enjoy your subscription until the end of your bill cycle date. At that point your subscription will be converted to the free version.
Once you’ve terminated my subscription, will I lose my playlist (Spotify) and/or reading list (Texture)?
No. Your existing playlist and reading list will not be impacted. They are associated to your account.
