In the past, Rogers Trade-Up was available in stores only. Good news! Rogers once again makes more possible by allowing you to trade in your device via more channels.
Since September 5, 2019, you can do so by calling customer care at 1 (888) 764-3771 or by visiting our trade-up website. If you call or visit our website, a package will be sent to you that contains shipping instructions and a label so you can mail your device to us at no cost.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You can get a quote for the value of your device and complete the trade yourself by visiting online.rogerstrade.com. Your quote will be valid for 30 days.
Once you got a quote and if you accept, we send you a prepaid shipping kit to send us the device. You could also choose to begin the process online and complete it in store or with an agent.
Recent models with a functioning, non-cracked screen (dark spots or blemishes free) get the best trade-in value.
Don't forget that you are responsible for deleting or saving all of your personal information and data files that may be on your device. As part of the inspection process, your device will be data cleared.
