The digital security of our customers’ Rogers Yahoo! Mail accounts is extremely important to us!

We encourage customers to regularly change their passwords and to avoid using the same password on multiple sites or services to ensure accounts remain protected and secure. Change your password today and maintain a secure online experience. Login to rogersmembercentre.com, click "Account Information" then "Change Password". For the full step-by-step process visit rogers.com/yahoomail and click on How to change Your Rogers Yahoo! Mail Password. If you don't update your password, you may be prompted to change it during one of your future logins.

Rogers and Yahoo! use a standard when you are logging in to your email account from mail clients and devices that offers improved security over the old username/password login method. While this will enhance the security of your Rogers Yahoo! email, it may also require some changes to how you have set up your mail client to log in and get your email.

Who doesn’t need to update their settings?

No changes are required if you only check your email using Rogers Yahoo! Webmail. You can still use your username and personal password to log in as you normally do.

Customers who used the automatic Yahoo! setup option on the following mail clients are also good to go:

  • Mail on iPhones and iPads running iOS 9.0 and above
  • Mail on macOS 10.11/El Capitan and above
  • Users of the Gmail client on Android phones and tablets running Lollipop/5.0 or newer
  • Users of the Outlook Mobile app
  • Users of the Yahoo! Mail app

Who needs to update their settings?

You'll need to update your settings if you use a Rogers Yahoo! email address with the following email programs:

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Windows Mail or Live Mail
  • Outlook Express
  • Mail on macOS 10.10/Yosemite or older
  • Mail on iPhones and iPads running iOS 8.0 and lower
  • Other programs used to get email using either POP or IMAP

You may also need to change your settings if you're using older cell phones and tablets or if you have manually set up a device for POP or IMAP using the “Other” option instead of the Yahoo! option. For step-by-step instructions on how to update your settings for one of the mail clients listed above, please click here.
