Introducing - New Ranking Structure

Hi everyone,


As I mentioned in a recent blog post, we have implemented a new ranking structure in the community. 


We have replaced the old ranking structure with something that is more straight-forward and easy to understand.  And, more importantly, we have made it easier to 'move up' in the ranking structure.  We want to recognize folks for their participation so the more you participate in the community, the more quickly you will 'rank up'. 


Now, you'll see ranks like this:

We won't be publishing the ranking structure (and some of you will remember that we didn't publish the original one either); however, you'll be able to see many of the different ranks just by browsing around the community and checking out the profiles of your fellow users.

Right now under the new system, "I'm a reliable contributor". I can't wait until I reach "I'm a great contributor and people appreciate the help I supply to them" (I hope that's a rank because I really want to attain that). Smiley Wink

Very nice ranking system! I was watching all the ranks on all users go down and change during the morning haha.

Thanks for the feedback, guys!  It might appear to be a really simple change but believe it or not, this has taken months of effort to get to this point.

I adore reading new structures in areas that can overall improve upon customers and businesses a way or connecting within forums to share knowledge and give opportunity where other companies simply lack. Welcome and I am officially newbie but I think my status is “I like it here” lol, I will post great once in a lifetime deals for every customer to keep Rogers @ The top of the game, bc I truly do value courtesy above professionally, and in the CSR trade it’s a valued skill set to improve upon available options to improve and increase company solutions and build strong winning powerful savings opportunities.


I will not share private offers but public ones I sure will stay posted for best deals possible come Canada Day. Thanks for liking my post of your a true Rogers community member.
