How to Register for a MyRogers Profile

Registering for MyRogers is a breeze! Once your profile is created, you can easily view and pay your bill and manage your Rogers services online or through our app. Check out the many different transactions you can complete quickly and easily using MyRogers at rogers.com/onlinesupport.


Note: If you’ve already registered for a MyRogers profile and are having trouble signing in visit: How to recover a forgotten MyRogers username or password.

 

Follow these steps…

 

  1. Go to the MyRogers registration page.
  2. Select the Rogers services you have (Wireless/Residential services or Pay As You Go service).
  •  If you select Pay As You Go, skip to step 5.
  1. Enter your 9- or 12-digit account number and postal code, then select Continue.
  • You can find your account number at the top of your monthly paper bill, in the monthly email notifying you that your online bill is ready, and on the first page of your service agreement (if you signed up in-store).
  1. Enter the email address you want to use as your MyRogers username and select Continue. A registration email will be sent to you.
  • We suggest using a personal email you’ll continue using for years
  • This email will only be used to recover your MyRogers password
  1. Open the email (with the subject line “MyRogers registration: Set a password”) and select Set password.
  2. Enter and confirm your new password, and you're done!

Keep in mind: If you registered as a Pay As You Go customer, you’ll need to link your account to your MyRogers profile. Learn how to link an account.

Your on line instrauctions did not help.  I had to phone and wait.  Thank goodness the agent help me register so I can get my bill.
