How to Recover a Forgotten MyRogers Username/Password

We’re all bound to forget a username or password from time to time. That’s why we make it easy for you to recover or reset yours.

Prefer detailed instructions? See the steps below.

  1. Go to rogers.com/signin and select Forgot username and/or password?
  2. Select either PasswordUsername or Both username and password.
  3. Enter either your email OR Rogers account number (not both). You can find your account number on your paper bill, online bill notification email, or physical copy of your service agreement.

If you selected Username:

 

Choose how you’d like to receive your username.

  • If you choose email: Your username will be emailed to you.
  • If you choose text message: First, you’ll need to have added a recovery number to your account. If you’ve added a recovery number, we’ll text you your MyRogers username.

If you selected Password or Both username and password:

Choose how you’d like to continue.

          If you choose email:

  • Follow the Continue link we email you.
  • You’ll be directed to the Rogers site, where you’ll see your username displayed.
  • Enter then re-enter a new password and select Set password to finish.

    If you choose text message:
  • First, you’ll need to have added a recovery number to your account.
  • If you’ve added a recovery number, we’ll text you a verification code.
  • Enter the verification code and select Verify me.
  • Now just enter then re-enter a new password and select Set password to finish.
