Hey Community!

We know that staying in touch with friends and family, across the country and around the world, is crucial at this time. Some of you normally pay your bill at a Rogers store or by going to the bank. We understand that due to the current situation that’s no longer possible. We want you to know that we support our customers with several flexible payment options.

Whether you subscribe to online billing or not, the fastest and most convenient way to pay your bill is through MyRogers. You can find your current payment due amount under the MY BILL heading at the top left-hand corner of your online bill OR on the first page of your paper bill, under What is the total due? heading.

I'm new here

I have been making payments via Interac Online for nearly as long as I have been with Rogers. Why has the option suddenly disappeared from MyRogers when I log in? Does Rogers no longer accept Interac Online? Please advise.

After logging into MyRogers I see "make a payment". Click on that and you should see "Pay through my bank". You can then select the bank and are taken to the bank's website. Is that what you're referring to?  Do you not see that?  See the following post regarding browser setup that may cause issues with certain websites:

I'm setup for automatic payments through my credit card.

I also have been making my payments through Interac online for several years, up until last month, and was shocked to find that the button was suddenly gone this month. Paying through your bank account is not instant, it can take multiple business days. Thank goodness I checked before the due date. I was very displeased that we didn't get any notification or warning that this payment option was being removed, as I have relied on it for years.
