About: Licensed Automotive Technician who has always had a passion for technology, understanding how technology works and helping others. I grew up taking computers apart to learn how they work, then eventually fixing and building them. My free time is spent tackling the never-ending list of things to fix around the house and trying to travel all over this beautiful planet.
About: Certified accountant but a tech geek at heart. Interests include sports, all things tech and dogs. I’ve been a passionate Apple product user for the past 15 years with main experience being with iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches.

Resident Experts get access to a private board where we'll be asking for feedback on Community-related decisions from design to features to programs. They also get a special rank in the Community and a few other exclusive privileges.
How to become a Resident Expert?
We're always on the lookout for new members to invite to the Resident Expert program. Do you consistently provide help to other users in the community? Do you have a positive attitude towards Rogers and our community? You never know … we might tap you on the shoulder one day!
