Click on the following link to Upgrade Online. You can check your device balance and if you’re eligible, you can upgrade online. Standard shipping for online orders is 3-5 business days if inventory is available at the time of your order. For more info on ordering online, check our Online Orders FAQs. When your device ships, you’ll get a confirmation email. This includes a link to track your order with our delivery partner.
To be eligible for an upgrade with financing, you may need to switch to one of our Rogers InfiniteTM plans. With our Rogers InfiniteTM plans you never have to worry about data overages again! If you would rather purchase a phone outright, you may keep your existing plan and pay the full price of the device upfront.
When you upgrade your device online it will ship to your home. Payment is made upfront and the device will ship to the address of your choice as soon as inventory becomes available. If you are upgrading and making a plan change, your new plan will take effect immediately.
