Rogers customers and Blue Jays fans, enhance your Blue Jays experience with GamePlus™ !!

 

Rogers customers enjoying a Blue Jays game at Rogers Centre get access to FREE VIP Blue Jays Experiences through GamePlus™, part of the MLB.com Ballpark app. All you need to do is download the app and sign in with your MyRogers account. You will have a bank of points called “GamePlus Runs” that can be redeemed for VIP Experiences. These “GamePlus Runs” are available for the entire 2016 Blue Jays regular season.

 

GamePlus™ includes VIP experiences like seat upgrades, mascot seat visits, batting practice, Jays Shop™ discounts, autographed merchandise, on-field photos, alumni signings and broadcast booth visits. Experiences may differ per game throughout the Blue Jays season. Plus, you will need to show your game ticket when redeeming your GamePlus experiences. Check out the GamePlus kiosk at Section 125 at the Rogers Centre for more info!

 

Seamless Access! Fans just need to follow these easy steps to take advantage of the VIP offers:

 

Steps:

  1. Download the MLB.com Ballpark app through the Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
  2. Set up your MLB.com Ballpark account (if you haven’t already).
  3. Choose Rogers Centre as your home stadium.
  4. Tap the GamePlus Experiences section.
  5. Sign in with your MyRogers account.
  6. Redeem the “GamePlus Runs” on the available GamePlus Experiences.

How do I earn more runs?

The 4 “GamePlus Runs” are awared upon login to the GamePlus/MLB Ballpark.com App and are available for redemption throughout the 2016 Blue Jays regular season.

 

More “GamePlus Runs” cannot be 'earned' at this time.

Will the sold out options be restocked?   

 

It seems has though the program has just started recently and both the free Jays hat and free autographed merchandise are listed as sold out for all the games I've checked from my flex pack.   

 

Also there are some future games (august, september) that seem to have no experiences listed.    Will different experiences be added/restocked as the season goes on?  

 

Was just trying to see what experiences I'd like to use my runs on and it seems as though my only option for tonight is a Jays shop discount (which I already got with my flexpack) and a 30 dollar gift card if I buy a jersey from the Jays shop which I also already have.  

 

Not to say that those offers aren't nice, I'd just like to know if experiences will be added/restocked as the season goes on.

I'm confused at how this program is running. I think I used a run for the Mother's Day scarf but then they were just handing them out to everyone and I got one without using the app. Though my account says I still have 4 runs so maybe it never went through? Anyways, now the scarf option is showing up for May 16th and in the details it says, "You account will be charged one 'run' at check-out. This 'run' will be refunded to your account the next day." What does that mean? You are or are not using a run for the scarf? It's my birthday on the 16th and I have a group of 6 going so I would LOVE to know if the autographed merch is going to become available as it would be the BEST 30th birthday gift!!

Im attending the may 28 game where there was blue jays scarves suppose to be available for game day at the rogers centre... I tried to buy with runs many times and now I login to see if anything new was added and it says their SOLD OUT!!!!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE !!!!!

Hi,

 

I added the MLB At Bat app and was able to login/register for the GamePlus Experience on my phone.  However, when I went to do the same on my husband's phone, it says 'you need to be a rogers customer', but we are both rogers customers.   Any ideas on what the problem might be?

To access the VIP Experiences

 

1. Download the MLB.com Ballpark app through the Google Play Store / Apple App Store.

2. Sign-in to your MLB.com Ballpark account or create a new account.

3. Choose Rogers Centre as your home stadium.

4. Tap the GamePlus Experiences section.

5. Sign in with your MyRogers account.

    • This will require setting up a unique personal 4-digit PIN code to log-in.

6. Redeem the GamePlus Runs on the available GamePlus Experiences.

  • Do you and your husband use the same MyRogers credentials, meaning that you both would be on the same account?
  • Is your husband using a non-Rogers or unlocked device?

Hi @RogersMaude, Yes we use the MyRogers credentials and he is using a rogers phone.

I have always had ballpark app and now logged in to rogers plus through app. There is now balance of runs showing anywhere, is this normal is something wrong?

Hi there, im having trouble with game plus. 

 

I have never had any issues logging in before, but within the last two weeks, my account is no longer able to sign in, and I receive a message saying that I am not eligible for game plus, even though I have had no problems using it and redeeming for prizes in the past. I still had two runs left on my account. 

 

I have rogers home phone, tv, internet and wireless, so I am not sure why my account would not be eligible.

 

Any help would be greatly appriciated! I am heading to a game this weekend

I Plan to Stick Around

Kinda disappointed. Went to the game on the 24th. Only time for a jays game this year as I live far away and went on at 10:00 am to try for the gameplus experience and boom. All sold it within seconds. So far not too happy with that.

Ive tried redeeming the autographed merchandise for 7 games this season. Each time I am ready with my app logged just before the posted time either 10AM or 3:30AM and all times the autographed merchandise screen flickers and freezes for a whole minute before being SOLD OUT! Clearly Rogers not dedicated enough servers for this purpose? Please fix it.
