After launching the conversation, you’ll be able to chat with an agent on your laptop, tablet or even the Facebook messenger app on your smartphone. Ask a Rogers Live Agent any questions pertaining to your account, device or services and even keep a historical record of the chat. Now that’s certainly something to ‘like’!
