I have the same problem consumers have no protection against account manipulation by Rogers the do not purposely provide information so that consumer has no record to dispute their charges. pay as you go appears to be a money grab scam.

This doesn't work for me

I tried selecting "view transaction history" and the page just reloads again.

You can't even reply directly to another member's post, it just adds your post to the bottom of the OP post.

 

Well, no advice in this thread is working now.

 

This is the most useless website I have ever encountered in my life.

 

Well, I am not surprised. I noticed when I was a customer with another cell phone company, customer service is pretty much non-existent if you are a pay-as-you go customer. I'll try going to the store next week and see what they say............

Try different browsers and different times of the day (at night -it's always hard to reach this type of information).
Pick the account number associated with your PayAs You Go phone number
From MyROGERS TAB - go to Billing&Payment TAB
On the left side of the screen from "Account Information" box - pick "Account" drop-down menu - your phone number.
On the right side of the screen - you will see "Billing Information" if you lucky.

I have not been able to access usage for over 2 years, my money keeps dissapearing but where?

Maybe you need to stop giving them money until THEY  show you what you are getting for it . Smiley Wink

It looks like their web site is not optimized for different types of browsers.
I can access it
(OS: Windows 7, XP)
(Browsers: Google Chrome 35.0, Mozilla Firefox 43.0).

View pay as you go usage history further back

 

Hello, I can only view my usage history for the past ten days or so. I would really like to see much further back. Please help with how to access this. Thanks!
