Well, I am not surprised. I noticed when I was a customer with another cell phone company, customer service is pretty much non-existent if you are a pay-as-you go customer. I'll try going to the store next week and see what they say............
Try different browsers and different times of the day (at night -it's always hard to reach this type of information).
Pick the account number associated with your PayAs You Go phone number
From MyROGERS TAB - go to Billing&Payment TAB
On the left side of the screen from "Account Information" box - pick "Account" drop-down menu - your phone number.
On the right side of the screen - you will see "Billing Information" if you lucky.
I have not been able to access usage for over 2 years, my money keeps dissapearing but where?
Maybe you need to stop giving them money until THEY show you what you are getting for it .
