Thank you @57 for reporting the error and to @RogersZia for correcting my error, and to @barndoor for the humour - no I am not distressed - human, make errors now and then, and since this is the first time I have been on since I posted my "error", I am glad people caught it, and to @rob3b any frustration or inconvenience from my error, was unintended, and glad you caught it and brought it to my attention.
I do my best, but I will also acknowledge that my best sometimes isn't perfect, I do have dyslexia and am human, and am very please to apologize for that error and for the support of all to get it corrected.
Thanks all, Bruce

Looking forward to hearing from you .
Rogers is very screwed up. talking to alive person is n early impossible. After entering zillions of zeros and almost givng up finally someone answered. He was very nice but had no concept of how frustrating this can be. He basically was only orientated to *611. I am on a laptop and wanted to look at my account. That is, I wanted to view usage and set up auotmatic payment plan and in general look at situations. Some horrible items.
1, I have a $10 balance on my account, but if I set up an automatic payment IT WONT USE IT TO supplement my first payment. So the $10 will sit there forever. Unless I bend myself into a pretzel paying $20 (which makes $30) which pays for Oct and Nov and then in December I can finally set up auto payment. good grief!
2. On my MYROGERS account (which should be where I ca look at stuff like usage and set up auto payment) its all screwed up because my account number is somehow linked to my cell phone number and if I enter the account number that is a cardinal error from which there seems to be no recovery. Duh.
So I guess my real practical option is to just pay as I go, and try to remember at the first of each month to dothat.
Rogers, you deserve to go bankrupt. You cant even accept my willingness to PAY YOU AUTOMATICALLY.
without so much hassle that I dont want to deal with you anymore. Thank GOD there are other carriers.
As you can tell I am very frustrated by your abysmal lack of customer service. But thank you for letting me vent my spleen.
@Marilyn14 : The only way to talk to a person regarding PAYGo is as indicated in the following link. Other Rogers CSRs do not handle PAYGo: I found the people at PAYGo very helpful and knowledgeable. Other people cannot help you.
Once you're in touch with them you should be able to straighten out the account issues. I can login to MyRogers and access my PAYGo information, Transaction history, set up auto-pay, etc.
