Can I get my Rogers phone unlocked at a Rogers retail/dealer store?

If I visit a Rogers retail/dealer store, can the staff there unlock my phone for me?

My phone is ancient and I just don't comfortably trust myself to do it.

My phone is ancient and I do not comfortably trust myself to do it.  Therefore, I need a Rogers agent to physically do it for me instead of myself physically doing it under the assistance of Rogers reps, regardless of how easy it might be.

Please tell me, if I visit a Rogers retail/dealer store, can the staff there unlock my phone for me?
