The only place I could find one was on eBay.ca - brand new unlocked.
Looks like BB has stopped selling directly - all their phones show the places you can buy it, carriers and stores.

Thanks, have already started doing that - probably grasping at straws but you never know...

Before I ordered my BB Priv I checked to see if wifi calling or volte was supported on the phone. Then I called Rogers Tech support to be sure Rogers would support that feature. I then ordered the Priv.
I had a conversation with tech support yesterday after Rogers sent out the "connected" newsletter with how to connect your wifi calling as a headline.
Now I'm told that Rogers has no intention of supporting wifi calling on this phone.
So I'm looking at the BB Keyone check specs and yes it is made to support wifi calling. Check specs on Rogers site and they are not supporting this feature on the Rogers network.
Why wont they support this android feature when it is available?
I was told because the other guy is not supporting it we probably will not.
Rant over for the moment.

Wanted to thank all for feedback - after checking all my options and doing a little more research have decided to go in entirely new direction; again - thanks!

@nexus6 Glad we could assist, and glad you found a direction you were happy with.
@Meowmix Your rant is legitimate, there are other discussions on this very topic of support for various phones, in particular those that we can buy directly from manufacturers, except for Apple which won't let any provider mess with their product services provision features, but when it comes to the other manufacturers, providers are pretty free to do what they want with the devices and feature sets.
Basically, from my perspective is that it providers technical restrictions on consumer's choice of where they can purchase their devices and whether they will get full access.
I could see the providers saying, we will charge a fee to turn it on (i.e., install the build), but just saying nope becomes one more way to restrict choice of the consumer for their devices and services.
For myself, it really hasn't been an issue, as I don't use any of these service features, but I agree that it is tiring the games all providers are playing to build incentives (some hidden, some clear and often poorly communicated) for us to buy phones directly from them.
Just saying.
