Still no connection yet I just paid my bill

I had an outstanding bill due to being out of a job but I went in today and paid the balance owing on my account and the guy said it was re connected but I still have no internet connection, what do I do ?

When paying at the store, it may take 24 hrs for the payment to be posted on the account. If your services are not working yet and the payment is visible, contact Rogers via Live Chat, Facebook and Twitter @RogersHelps or phone them and have them turn you services back on seeing as the payment is made and it's visible.

My understanding, it will take a day to two to be processed.

You would be best to call into the credit department and see if they are showing it yet received, and if they can do it quicker.
