Hi. Can my phone access Rogers 2/3/4 G network?
2G: GSM / CDMA 1X (BANDS 2/3/5/8/BC0/BC1)
3G：TD-SCDMA (BANDS 34/39)
3G：WCDMA (BANDS 1/2/5/8)
4G：TD-LTE (BANDS 38/39/40/41)
4G：FDD-LTE (BANDS 1/3/7)
@mqtsui That device should work on GSM bands 5 & 2 (850mhz and 1900mhz), 3G-WCDMA bands 5 & 2 (850mhz and 1900mhz), and 4G FDD LTE Band 7 (2600 mhz) where available.
Rogers has the best Band 7 LTE coverage and that band provides superior speeds and reliability. If you're in a Band 7 coverage area you will be very happy with the coverage. I am fortunate in Halifax to have band 7 coverage and it is great and reliable.
I am looking at buying a doogee x5 pro, frequencies are 2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 Mhz, 3G: 900/2100 Mhz , 4G: FDD-LTE 800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz, could you let me know if it will work with Rogers and which band, thank you
My Redmi 2 which is LTE Band 7 (2600Mhz) FDD compatible cannot work with Rogers in Ottawa. Besides you said you would respond to my question to my e-mail, I haven't got it.
would lte work on this phone
with a band 1,3,7, 20 (800,1800,2100,2600 MHZ)
as you can see, the frequencies match rogers but the band is not, would LTE still work?
I am interested in buying a phone from China. This is what it says on the website about supported frequencies:
"- Support 2G 3G 4G network: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 & WCDMA 850/900/2100 MHz 4G LTE 850/900/1800/1900/2300/2600MHZ"
Will I get 3G/4G speeds on the Rogers network with this phone?
Thank you for your help!
