Thanks Dave for the info.

 

I updated the IP address to 10.128.1.69 and everything worked well for the last month.

 

Now all of a sudden today everything stopped working on my cameras and 8 of my buddies cameras.  I called Rogers and they say they don't think anything changed on the network, but they are not sure.

 

I have been using these cameras for 2 years without a problem (other than updating the IP last month).

 

Is there something that changed yesterday or today on the Rogers network?  

 

Between my buddy and I, we have 10 cameras that all stopped at the same time.  They are on the Pay As You Go 'Talk and Text 15 Plan - which includes unlimited MMS picture messaging (we have used this plan for over a year).  We did not change anything on our end and the accounts are active with money on them.  

 

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

Hello I too have the same problem all 3 cameras went down at the same time

I use it for security reason on my land I building a new home and need them to work because im living in Montreal new home is in redeau lakes.

can you please help us to find out why this happen did Rogers change there setings All 3 Accounts are top of till next spring would be a shame to see 300 dollars go to waist

Unfortunately this is a user to user forum which no Rogers techs or Rogers employees come and help. You will need to contact Rogers via Live Chat,Facebook.com/Rogers or Twitter @RogersHelps and see what they can do for u!

there was a fellow here on this site that does work for them

And was giving out some info if im not mistaken I already spoke to roger tech and roger live thay have know clue

Some I think shoulfnt even be working there but thats anther story

Again my account is full on all 3 cams and there just billing or taking money out and we have know service

Nothing was changed on this platform but if it started failing for all of you at the same time, there is definately an issue. I have an idea but will need to test a few things first.

 

Can you guys refresh my memory on the APN you are using? Also, can you give me the city you are located (just need to see if it is a regional issue).

can any one tell me why when I post the apn it keeps coming down
