Not able to call a Bell number that use to be on Rogers

Helpneeded2
I've been around

Hi,

Many of my contacts on the rogers network have not been able to call my phone number which has been ported to the Bell network. I have reached out to Bell about this situation and they have identified that this is a translation failure that is occurring on the rogers network. They have used a Rogers sim card and tried to call my number and all the calls failed and there is no logs or references of the calls making it to the bell network. (I ported this number over a year ago and could never receive calls from rogers subscribers but i would be able to call them and send and receive texts)

Could someone please assist and let me know whether it should be Bell or Rogers who could fix this issue.

Thanks

 Hey @Helpneeded2!

That sounds terrible :(, not being able to be reached by friends and family, I can only imagine how stressful this must be. Have you by chance had anyone at Rogers escalate a ticket for this issue? It's likely resolvable from our end.
