Re: Cell service down

After 9 days tickets created nothing better.

Just talked with the tech support today for status update, he told me the LTE problem case still pending.

BUT he said the most important problem (calling) one, the ticket was CANCELED!

He said he will recreate the ticket for me.

More the 2 weeks having those issues, tickets created for more the 9 days. What I got now is still pending and recreate ticket.

What should I say or comment Rogers even I'm a 20+ years loyal customer.

Re: Cell service down

Are there problems with wireless service today? Phone shows "No Service" for the past couple of hours. Have been in the same location for years now with no trouble. Have restarted phone and turned off/on cellular data and airplane mode to try to find something.

Anyone else having troubles? Or have more tips?
