Having your data service working is definitely crucial. We can give you a hand to track down what the issue you’re experiencing stems from. Are you experiencing network issues at a specific location, such as at home?
A great option to check and report issues with network related problems is from the MyRogers app. When you’re at a location where you are getting degraded performance, you can check the live state of our network.
You can do so by opening your MyRogers app, then selecting the Support tab. From there you can click on MyNetwork and click on Check Status to see if there are any known issues. You can also click on Report to let us know what type of trouble you're experiencing.
