When does your billing end / start each month? Depending on that, it could take a few days for them to calculate everything and make the bill
hey nparam01 - I would recommend you to sign up for preauthorized payments, this made my life a lot easier
I wouldn't suggest that unless you like getting ripped off. If you do that. Rogers can charge you anything on the bill and pull it out. Then you have to fight for it to get it back VS you getting a normal bill and having a few weeks to pay it.

Or alternatively you can call customer service and do account to account transfer, as long as you are the account holder for both accounts.
Are you sure the account is deleted or just consolidated?
