Live Agent to upgrade?

I would like to know if I need to talk to a live agent to upgrade my iPhone 7 Plus to a iPhone 8+?

You can complete a hardware upgrade via your MyRogers portal if you would like to go the self serve route.

Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us via @CommunityHelps in Private Message.  We can assist in your upgrade and answer any questions you may have.
