XInfinity App Issue

Dion94
I'm here a lot

Hello,

Im not sure what changed, but I am unable to see or access my modem or pod through the XInfinity app now. I was always able to access both and they always showed up on my app. I have already tried rebooting my modem and it's still not showing up. All I see is a tab that states Your account is always available .

Re: XInfinity App Issue

The issue has been resolved. After all the reboots on the app and modem, factory reset, browser resets, none of that worked. The agent I spoke with on Monday called back to follow up, and he was told a to try a reboot from their end. A reboot from Rogers end fixed it. The app is back to full functionality now and I can adjust any settings like before. Please share this around as a solution.

Good afternoon @Dion94!

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

When did you first notice that the app wasn't loading properly and what make/model device are you using?

Re: XInfinity App Issue

Hello,

Around the same day I made the post. I am using a Samsung S24.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling the app. I just factory reset my Rogers XInfinity Gateway (Gen 2) and nothing is showing up in the app. Not even an activate tab or anything.

Now I can't even set up the modem now, because in the app, there is nothing I can click on to activate it. And I can not go through the 10.0.0.1 route, because it needs to be activated first to manage it. So, no internet for now. This just got so much worse, extremely frustrating.
