Usage and Services is not accessible

I've been here awhile

In the app I cannot access Services (the option is not clickable and disabled)

In the website, trying to access Usage and Services it opens to an empty dropdown.

Cannot access my data usage details.

Created a case with customer service, said they will try to fix from 5 to 7 business days

I've been here awhile
I just moved my plan to Roger's (from Fido), and that’s the only change). I think I was only able to check usage on the first day of the transfer (11/26/2023), but after the first day it never worked for me.
