Hello RogersMaude.

- Yes it happens after I enter my credentials. Over and over again.

- Right now I'm using IE but most times I use Firefox and it never made a difference before so why would it make a difference now

- I clear my cache and cookies on a regular bases at least once a week.

 

I can get into any other part of Rogers with no problem I just can't get into My Rogers.

Done this 3 times now and no private message at all.

When Private Messages are sent to your Community Forums mailbox, you receive a notification in your personal email alerting you that a new Private Message was received in your Community Forums inbox.

 

Do not respond to the notification received in your personal email as we will not see the response.

Just to let you know I have finaly been able to gain access to MyRogers through IE and FireFox. I still can not get in using  Chrome though. And can't access "Billing & Payment". But I do overview ( all most as good) and "Profile" so I could change my password.

It wasn't easy and it took awhile to do but I did it.

Do you have your pop up blocker on? Because if it is on it might be the cause of the issue. Please try this and keep us updated.
