Rogers account page down AGAIN

I received an email telling me that my Rogers bill was available and due. I tried to log into myRogers, but I get a message saying that the system is unavailable and to contact a chat rep. The chat rep told me that the system would be back in "2 - 3 hours". Unfortunately, they have been saying that since yesterday. The chat rep further told me that late fees would apply if I didn't pay my invoice even though they cannot provide me with the invoice.

 

Has anyone had any luck getting their invoice in the past couple of days?

Works for me. After I log in to MyRogers, I click PROFILE, then BILLS & PAYMENTS. That's the only way I can get to a page that means anything.

Roger is down again on August 22.
I am trying to retrieve from last week and even talked to customer service and they acknowledged its down.
Can't retrieve my rogers and other login activities.

Same as mine. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks. I sent a couple of emails to Rogars and, of course never got a reply.

Just one more reason to hate Rogers.

Tried this 3 or 4 times. Still nothing. And Rogers still is not answeing emails. Called tech support twice yesterday and they were not helpful at all. All they did was tell me to do things that I had already  done. I hate Rogers and I am considering going to another provider.

Glad that I am not alone.

That's the service we got from Rogers while they keep on raising price.

We should have open market to bring in more competition.

I have already contacted a few different ISP's. Some WAY cheaper with the same or better coverage.

I'll be deciding which one to sign up with within the next couple of weeks.

  • Does the issue happen after you enter your credentials? 
  • What browser are you using? Have you tried multiple ones?
  • Have you tried clearing cache and deleting cookies?

In order to provide you with additional assistance, I would need to know the measures you've taken so far.
