I'd like to welcome you both to the Community!

At this time, Chrome OS isn't officially supported for Rogers Anyplace TV.

Below is the list of supported Operating Systems:

  • Android device running Android 4.4 or higher

Re: Rogers Anyplace TV on Chrome OS

Hello, @WendyM004

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums! 😃

I can understand your desire to use the Anyplace TV App on the device of your choice. Regrettably, it is only compatible with Android OS and iOS mobile devices. Please see Post 3 of this thread for a more detailed list of compatible devices.

Were you able to find the App in the Google Play Store?

Re: Rogers Anyplace TV on Chrome OS

No App currently listed on Google Ap Store. Watched Anyplace TV on both devices prior to first week of August. Both run Chrome OS.

Will Chrome OS be supported for Anyplace TV in the near future?

Re: Rogers Anyplace TV on Chrome OS

@WendyM004   For competitive reasons, you will not get an answer to that question.  Any news about upcoming features are always a guarded secret until they are announced officially, or perhaps there is a "leak" a week or two before something happens. Officially it's the same for everything.

Re: Rogers Anyplace TV on Chrome OS

So what is being said here is this: The most popular browser in the world is not a 'supported' browser - as far as Rogers is concerned. Is that correct? What are they thinking?
