I talked with a management rep and its true they are no longer including NHL game center in Roger's share everything plans.
Not only as a customer I think it's a dumb idea as I loved having it and I'm sure many canadians loved it as well as were a big NHL country 🙂 but a business standpoint what is Roger's thinking!?!?! This is a major incentive that people choose rogers over other carriers. Also Roger's as the rights to NHL in Canada as a Roger's customer shouldn't we get rewarded with it free or at least discounted, or is Roger's trying to double dip on customers by getting money for our share everything plan and now NHL subscriptions
For the love of GOD please Roger's go back and think about this and re add the NHL back to share everything plans

my contract was up in july. i have an awful deal with rogers and know i can get something better. nhl was the only thing keeping me here.
i’ll be switching soon.

Free NHL as part of my Share package was a huge factor in not going to Telus. Can't understand why I feel so betrayed! Why this now? Are you going broke? Isn't my continued loyalty worth anything? Or do I just go to who gives me the "cheapest deal" for the moment? This is a bad marketing move by Rogers. Please reward loyal longterm customers with an NHL perk. I spend close to $300 / month to maintain my account; the NHL games were a reward for my spend. Rethink this please.

Try again; there is no reasonable rationale for reneging on your NHL commitment when I joined Rogers.

Well Rogers, You've done it.
First, Shomi goes... no big loss, but only 3 months netflix to replace it
Then spotify... (I find out when I'm billed for it)
Now NHL Live... No notice, after years of providing it.
You have lost a customer early in his life. I will never use rogers again.

Well, it wasn't offered as an incentive to you, so what are you saying? When I switched to Rogers from Telus I had higher expectations about the offer than you. It was part of the deal I was offered with no time limits or restrictions.

That's okay. I'm sure Bell would love our business. NHL and Spotify are what kept me a Rogers customer. I guess I'll start shopping around.

While it was great having NHL Centre Ice free with my Share Everything Plan, I can understand why Rogers would discontinue this incentive from a business point of view. That being said I currently pay for MLB.TV and DAZN at much lower rates to watch baseball and football. I honestly believe that the days of paying for a premium for services like this are over. I refuse to pay 200ish dollars to watch out of market hockey.

So, what’s happens now that we are subscribers of Spotify Premium? Who is billing us and how can we cancel? I’m assuming because you no longer offer those incentives the NHL Live will just not be available for us and get billed anything!
All very disappointing as my family used these all the time!
