I am wondering, if i have not fully been switched over to the 100% new.. as no where on the billing page, can i find anything that says save/print this bill.
Mine still says "Download Bill (pdf)"
Though really i dont see how that in the end, would effect the CONTENT.. its not like it LIVE adds that in there.. its sort of pre done and then attached..
The CRTC made it illegal to charge for a paper bill. Rogers changed their policy accordingly.
Receiving a paper bill in the mail is now free again. Keep a mailman in business.
Why? They are discontinuing home delivery! LOL!

Is the call detail being removed from the online bill pdf? or is this just a temporary situation that is being fixed.

From the information I was able to gather, it seems like a permanent change.
The call logs have been removed from the Online Bill PDF.
Unfortunately, for now, to download the details of your phone calls and print them for your personal records, you will have to follow the steps indicated above.

As you indicated above, you currently have "full online detailed billing".
We can definitely put you on paper billing, free of charge, but you would not necessarely receive the details of all the calls placed and received.
On the partial detailed bill, that would be mailed to you, you would only get the details of the calls that generated charges (for example : overages, long distances etc.).

So - are you saying I would have to pay an additional fee to continue to continue to receive the same complete bill that I receive today with my call detail on it?
