Business Self Serve is still showing me last month's bill... My pay by date is usually the 29th. I normally get access to the eBill by the 15th or the 16th but this hasn't happened yet. Any ideas? Can Communityhelps perhaps reach out and email me the latest bill for this month? Thanks.
We can definitely look into why you haven't received your updated bill. I've already sent you a private message from @CommunityHelps, when you receive it please check our messages via the envelope icon which appears in the top right hand side of your screen when you are logged into the forums.
Wait, cancel that. It just came on this morning. Messed up bill date of 12th april but there are some messed up charges on there that i don't need/want to pay as they are a result of Rogers' error so I will need to phone to have those credited. Thanks so much!!
