@BufordTJustice It's going to be a bit hard for them to fix anything since they have no idea who you are. And also since you aren't allowed to post your personal information on the forum, you'll need to have some way to communicate that information to the mods who can fix it for you. I'd suggest you PM @CommunityHelps or one of the mods to fix your issue.

Odd, for years I paid this account, made changes, activated a new SIM and now all of a sudden i'm unknown to the system? I even have the notification sent to the email on record to pay my bill (which I can never view) and i'm still "unknown"? Now that you've stopped sending the bill details thru EPOST we need to come here to view the bill yet we get greeted with being "unknown". 21st Century marketing....

It would be great if you could advise on how this can be corrected.
