Can’t sign into anyplace tv
It’s been 2 months and I still can’t sign into anyplace tv... contacted Rogers 3 times and each time they said someone will contact me, nothing at all.
I can sign into myrogers fine to view my bill
Anyone else having similar issue and still can’t sign in ?

First time trying to log into Anyplace on my desktop after switching to Ignite and cannot enter, I get a box with the message:

I don't have IgniteTV. I'm assuming you do. I believe you need to use the IgniteTV app.

Anyplace is used with the Legacy Digital Cable.
