Can’t sign into anyplace tv
It’s been 2 months and I still can’t sign into anyplace tv... contacted Rogers 3 times and each time they said someone will contact me, nothing at all.I can sign into myrogers fine to view my billAnyone else having similar issue and still can’t sign in ?

First time trying to log into Anyplace on my desktop after switching to Ignite and cannot enter, I get a box with the message:
I don't have IgniteTV. I'm assuming you do. I believe you need to use the IgniteTV app.
Anyplace is used with the Legacy Digital Cable.
