I'm trying to access Anyplace TV on my iPhone 5. I login and it keeps giving me a message about not having a wireless or TV account with Rogers. I have a wireless account. I was told my plan supports Anyplace TV, What can I do about this? Is it an issue with how my account is setup?

My problems have been resolved, and I am not as upset anymore.
Still, issue should have been resolved Day 1.

I've had a very similar issue on both my laptop and my iphone since I first found out about Anyplace TV. When I go to register my Rogers account with Anyplace TV I'm informed that the action can't be completed becuase the account I'm trying to register is already registered to another Anyplace TV profile.

Same thing...since i received an email saying you now have to use your MYROGERS login...
used my MYROGERS login...Still says I don't have an account...
I have cable, internet, home phone and 3 wireless phones, so I definately have an account.
frustrating....

Since July 3, I can no longer access any TV through iPod, iPad, PC.
When the Sportsnet Now app came out I had problems and I did get them resolved and it worked great for a few weeks now after the July 3 'merge' of MyRogers and Anyplace TV I have nothing again.
Tells me I'm not subscribed to anything. My $160.00 /month bill tells me otherwise.
Real junk service, real junk tech support, and all around a frustrating, disappointing experience.
Perhaps hiring someone who has a clue might be a good 1st step.
A very unhappy subscriber.

Solution was ....
Tech support cleaned up my account after the merger it had me listed with multiple sign-ins, which screwed things up.
I guess its just a matter of getting the right tech.

I am having trouble signing in to my My Rogers on my phone to access the TV Home Edition, I've used it numerous times but not lately, tonight I go to sign in to set the pvr since I'm away from home and it's telling me username and password do not match and I have to register to get a My Rogers account. I signed into My Rogers account and it went in just fine. Went back to the Home Edition app and it won't let me sign in. I haven't made any changes to my account at all.

Hi @jbird,
Thank you for your post, I can imagine how frustrating it must be, not being able to access your Rogers Anyplace TV Home Edition application to remotely setup up your recordings. I would suggest un-installing / re-installing the Anyplace TV Home app, power off/on your device and test on both Wi-Fi and the cellular data network (if possible).

Trying to register for Anyplace TV on My Rogers account. I go to Rogers Anyplace registration page, it tells me to go to My Rogers, create and account and come back. I go to My Rogers, it tells me to go to Anyplace TV and create an account. Anyplace TV will NOT recognise my My Rogers account. I need clear and concise readable directions for doing this. All I want is to be able to watch something on my tablet while my wife is watchig something else on the big TV. I should not need to wait to talk to a techie to do this elementary stuff.

Rogers Anyplace TV login is the same login credentials as your MyRogers account.
If you have created a MyRogers profile and successfully linked your account number to the profile, Rogers Anyplace TV will detect the account associated.

I have attempted repeatedly to log in with my MyRogers account login, which is indeed linked to my Rogers account, and no dice. I really do not know what else to do, this should be SIMPLE. I don't want to be walked through every stage on the freaking journey by a live chat, I am enough of a geek to do it on my own IF and only IF the dratted software will co-operate!

I am using an iOS 6 to manage myRogers, SmartHome, and Home Edition. I have no issues using my credentials to log into myRogers & Smarthome but the same credentials are not being recognized by Home Edition (I use this app to manage recordings on my pvr). I keep receiving an error stating "The login or password entered does not mach our records. Please try again.".
Anyone else have this issue. I have reinstalled the application twice now and Rogers Helps had no solution.
