Did that and it still didn’t work.

  • What is the app version?
  • What is the device's OS version?
  • Were you able to sign in before on this device?
  • Does the sign in work on a different device?
  • Are you able to sign in on the web at rogers.com/myrogers?

Been getting the same message for 2 weeks "something went wrong......"
Phoned Roger's and they said to do an android update , then a app reinstall. Still not working.

I see you've posted the same issue on Apple as well as Android devices, may I know if you're able to log into MyRogers via the browser? Just want to ensure this isn't a profile issue instead of an App specific one.
