When I browse to rogersanyplacetv.com, I am greeted with Sorry, this browser is not supported. What gives?
Anyplace TV is pretty rad and has become one of my most frequently visited websites. Having said that, I was also having some issues logging in yesterday. It seems to be working normally for me now, however.
Are any of you still experiencing any issues logging in? Let us know!

Can't sign into rogers anyplace TV, constantly get this error msg. Happens on all computers and devices, yes we have cable. I been using anyplace TV for about 2 months now and this only started last week. All other post regarding this issue don't fix it. Tried clearing cache, reset the TV box, reset modem as well.
Any help would be great

Anyplace TV is an awesome service but its a major pain when you can't get access to it due to errors like this. The App relies on a strong signal from the primary terminal in your home. If the signal is weak and the box is not operating in Two-Way mode then this error will be generated when trying to access the App.

Not being able to access the Anyplace TV service is never a fun experience. As per Post 24 of this thread the Error code: 30213 usually indicates your NextBox is not communicating in Two-Way mode to our server. A reboot of the NextBox by power cycling the unit should resolve this issue. If it doesn't there could be a signal issue on the line in which case we'll need to have a technician out.
Give that a try and let us know how it goes!
so i have been using anyplace tv on chrome on the pc and the tablet , now i cant sign in, get this message o the pc side
30111 : To use Rogers Anyplace TV, your MyRogers profile must be linked to an active Cable TV subscription. To check your profile, go to rogers.com/myrogers.
tried to search the code cant find it but my profile is good, whats going on???
Having the same problem! Can’t log in even though I *was* logged in yesterday and the days previous. Never logged out, in fact. But the correct log in info is getting me nowhere tonight!
I'm having the same issue here in Ottawa; I thought it was somehow related to my upcoming move and their system mistakenly thinking I wasn't a subscriber until the move date, but apparently I'm not the only one. Thanks for letting me know! I first noticed the issue since last night., incidentally.
As a fellow Anyplace TV user I know how annoying it can be when it stops working all of a sudden =(.
