I'm still having the same issue for the past 2 weeks now. I Dm'ed Carrytel on Twitter and they said it is still a Rogers issue.

Also with Carrytel and having the same issue after the outage at the beginning of April. I think it's a Carrytel issue, as I don't have the same issue if I tether to my phone.
