Learn how to link and unlink an account below:   How to link an account   Online Steps: 1. Sign into MyRogers. 2. Select   Profile & Settings. 3. In the   Account Settings   section, select   Link another account. 4. Select the type of account you wish to add: o For   Wireless or cable services, you'll need to enter the 9- or 12-digit account number and postal code associated to the account. o You can find your account number on your bill, in the email notification letting you know your online bill is ready, or in your service agreement. o For a   Pay As You Go TM   account, you'll need to enter your phone number and 4-digit account PIN. 5. Select   Link Account.     How to unlink account   First, keep in mind:   Once you unlink an account you’ll no longer be able to view or manage that account in MyRogers profile.   Online Steps: 1. Sign into MyRogers. 2. Select   Profile & Settings. 3. In the   Account Settings   section, select   Unlink this account. o If you have several accounts, please select the account you wish to unlink from the account tab and then select   Unlink this account 4. Select   Unlink this Account. An account unlink confirmation will appear. To confirm, select   Unlink this account.   Merge multiple MyRogers profiles   If you have several accounts that are linked to different MyRogers profiles, you can link all your accounts to one MyRogers profile to view and manage all your services in one place. 1. Unlink an account from the MyRogers Profile you don’t want to use anymore a. Follow the steps as detailed in   Unlink an Account   section. b. Please ensure you have noted the account number/postal code before unlinking it from the MyRogers Profile. 2. After successful unlinking the account from the profile you no longer want to use, log-in with the username and password associated with the MyRogers profile you do want to use ongoing a. Follow the steps as detailed in the   Link an Account   section b. You should see the newly added account appear as an option to select in account drop down menu in navigation menu and as a tab on profile page

SELF-SERVE ONLY: You can only exchange Flex Channels online. We won’t be able to complete this over the phone or through live chat.   Most Rogers Ignite TV packages include Flex Channels. They are a selection of channels you can exchange regularly to personalize your channel lineup.   By signing into your MyRogers account, you can see which Flex Channels you currently have and exchange them for new ones. There is no fee to exchange these Flex Channels!   Sign in to   MyRogers. From the   Residential   section, select   TV. Select Exchange Flex Channels. The Available Channel section shows the entire Flex Channel catalogue. Your current Flex Channels will have a checkmark at the top right corner of the channel tile. Personalize your channel lineup by unchecking the channels you want to remove, then selecting the ones you want to add. Click the info icon (i) to learn more about each channel. Note: Make sure you remove and add the same number of Flex Channels, or the exchange will be unsuccessful. Once you’ve made your selections, select   Confirm channels. If you are exchanging channels using your mobile device, tap   SELECTED   and then   Confirm channels. Once the success message appears you can start watching your new Flex Channels.

It's easy to change your caller ID using your MyRogers account. Follow the steps in this video to update your call display name within 24 hours:     Also see below for the step by step instructions:   First, keep in mind: Changing your Caller ID will also update the name that appears on your bill and in MyRogers wherever your phone number appears. Changing a Caller ID will add a new name to the Wireless account, which means that person will be able to make plan changes and buy/remove optional services like add-ons and travel packs. Your Caller ID will only appear for people that haven't saved your phone number as a contact. If the person you're calling has saved you on their phone's Contacts list, the name they've saved as a contact will display, along with your number. To change your Caller ID: Log in to MyRogers online (you cannot change your Caller ID from the MyRogers app). Select the wireless phone number for which you'd like to change the Caller ID. Under Quick Links, select Change My Caller ID.    Enter the new Caller ID in the First Name and Last Name fields. Your Caller ID should not contain profanity or any special characters or numbers. Select Continue. A window will appear showing your new Caller ID. Click Submit.   Reminder: Your new Caller ID will be updated immediately in MyRogers, but could take up to 24 hours to appear on your outgoing calls.
