Which phone received data overage alerts

We have a ShareEverything 4GB plan. Is it possible to change which phone receives the data usage alerts? I would like to receive the alerts instead of my wife.

Re: Which phone received data overage alerts

Good evening @jc524,

Thank you for your post !

Only the Main line in your Share Everything plan will receive the various notifications (90%, 100%, $30 and $90) in the language you have chosen as your preference, even if one or more lines are not using data actively.

When you reach your wireless data usage limit, all subscribers with data usage in the current billing cycle will receive overage notification. Anyone who receives the notification can consent to overage charges and continue using data.

If you would prefer receiving the notifications, instead of your wife, simply get in touch with one of our agents to request that we reassign the primary(main) line of your Share Everything plan to your phoner number.

Keep in mind that you can keep track of your usage through the MyRogers portal on our website or via the MyRogers app Smiley Wink
