Never had this issue before:“the connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be completed”This happens as soon as I hit the “connect” button. Any workaround?

When did you first notice the issue? The error you're mentioning is often related to VPN issues.
Have you tried to connect any other device to ensure it's not a device specific issue?

Is the rocket stick working on another device?
Were you getting the same error?
Has there been any change on the device having the issue?
When was the last time it worked?
Has there been any account changes?
Does your device have a firewall installed? Have you tried testing with it disabled?
Have you spoken yet to technical support? If so, what was determined to be the cause?
